恶搞近年来的伪纪录恐怖片如《鬼影实录》系列《最后一次驱魔》《心中的恶魔》等影片。与《鬼影实录》同样采用伪纪录片风格的拍摄方式，剧情更是基本复制了《鬼影实录》：一对年轻夫妇搬进新家，谁知这竟是一间凶宅，妻子遭遇鬼附身，男主人（马龙·韦恩斯饰）于是请来各路神仙驱魔，试图挽救自己的幸福生活，或者说“性”福生活。影片其实并非仅仅恶搞了《鬼影实录》，前年北美大卖的另一部伪纪录恐怖片《驱魔》也未能幸免马尔科姆和姬莎是一对年轻的新婚夫妻，他们刚刚搬到了一栋新的房子里，这栋房子是他们梦寐以求的，宽敞、舒适。但是事情却没有他们想的那么简单。。Set in Kyiv in the late 1990s, "Forever-Forever" is an unsettling portrait of the young and rebellious as they navigate love, explore their sexuality, and play cruel games with each other, where there is never a winner.
