以东方月初和涂山红红为主角，讲述两人五百年前发生的恋情故事。少年东方月初误入涂山，在涂山以“低等下人”著称生活。几年后，东方月初为了完成涂山红红的心愿——人妖和平相处，执意离开涂山前去一气道盟，并成为盟主，但就在看上去一切都在稳定发展中，危险也在慢慢降临……。在未来故事中具有重要意义的鱼人岛篇经过重新剪辑，将以比以往更高的画质呈现。讲述了顶上战争2年后的草帽海贼团重新团聚，前往鱼人岛冒险，并挫败了新鱼人海贼团阴谋的故事。。Malvís (Alfredo Landa) is sick of working like crazy for nothing.
